Request a review of a Public Guardian decision
If you disagree with a guardianship decision made by the Public Guardian, you can request a review of the decision.
The request to review the decision needs to be made within 28 days of you being notified of the decision or the receipt of the reasons for the decision.
When you make the request, please include your reasons for why you disagree with the decision.
To request a review of decision you can contact the Public Guardian Complaints Support Officer.
