Supplying to us
There are two procurement types at NSWTG: Client Procurement and Corporate Procurement.
Although both types operate under the NSW Government Procurement requirements. Client Procurement has a NSW Procurement Board exemption, as NSW Trustee and Guardian is procuring goods and services on behalf of clients who pay for these themselves. Corporate Procurement is strictly governed by the NSW Government Procurement policy framework and must conform with all of NSW Procurement policies, procedures and enforceable directions.
Where appropriate we utilise Whole of Government (WoG) arrangements to ensure consistency and value. We aim to achieve quality, sustainable and value for money outcomes for our customer and we are committed to transparent, fair and equitable procurement with reputable suppliers.
All suppliers that undertake work on behalf of NSW Trustee and Guardian must do so in accordance with our Statement of Business Ethics.
Suppliers are encouraged to visit the NSW Government buy.nsw website to learn more about working with NSW Government and to view upcoming opportunities.
